SUmmary Mr. Pyke serves as the Technical Author for the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA) technical documents, playing a pivotal role in shaping the Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN) Technical Framework. Additionally, he is the technical author of various TEFCA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), showcasing his expertise in developing and articulating essential guidelines for the initiative. Mr. Pyke is the Technical Director for the FHIR At Scale Taskforce (FAST) FHIR Accelerator, further illustrating his commitment to advancing interoperability and health information exchange. David is also a 2022 DirecTTrust InteropHero awardee Mr. Pyke brings a wealth of international experience to the realm of Healthcare IT, having contributed his skills to projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the U.S.A., and other countries. His multifaceted role involves providing project management, technical expertise, and strategic advice and design for both organizations and governments. His extensive experience as a subject matter expert in Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) and healthcare IT standards and security speaks volumes about his proficiency in the field. Mr. Pyke is an active member of HL7 International, where he serves on the Technical Steering Committee, acts as a Project Lead on the FHIR Consent Resource project, and co-chairs the Community-Based Care and Privacy Workgroup. Moreover, David has authored several FHIR Implementation Guides, and trained others on their creation.

• 2023 - Present Mr. Pyke has been the technical director for all FHIR At Scale Taskforce (FAST) projects, creating FHIR Implementation Guides for Security (UDAP), Consent Management and Digital Identity.

• 2020 - 2021: Mr. Pyke led a team that created the Business and Technical Requirements for a large scale HIE for the creation of the Dubai, UAE, Health Information Exchange.
